Alhambra
The Alhambra, named for its reddish walls, is located on top of the hill of al-Sabika, on the left bank of the Darro River, east of the city, opposite the neighborhoods of the Albaicin and the Alcazaba.
The fortress is composed of a group of palaces and gardens. In the past it housed a real citadel within the city of Granada itself, which served as accommodation for the monarch and the court of the Nasrid Kingdom of Granada.
Thanks to its strategic position, from the Alhambra you can enjoy spectacular views of the entire city and the Granada plain.
La Carrera del Darro
Located on the banks of the Darro River, it is the street that separates the two most emblematic places in Granada: the Alhambra and the Albaicin neighborhood.
The most beautiful street in the world that houses different environments so you can stroll through it and enjoy the moment.
