The Web site is offered for informational and promotional purposes of a general nature on the regime of stay, conditions, location and rates of HOTEL DON JUAN. It also allows the effective realization of accommodation reservations in HOTEL DON JUAN HOTEL DON JUAN may stop providing the services offered on this Web site without prior communication with the user, which will not entail any legal obligation to the same or to third parties.

On-line reservations
The on-line booking service is intended for the possibility of booking rooms on the desired dates at HOTEL DON JUAN. The use of this service implies acceptance of all terms and conditions contained in the latest version of these general conditions.

By completing all the steps of the reservation, the user will receive an e-mail confirmation of the same in the e-mail address you have indicated. Any modification or cancellation of the reservation can be made through the e-mail address: reservas@hoteldonjuan.com (central reservation telephone number: +0034 958285811).

Booking conditions and provision of bank details
HOTEL DON JUAN requests in the reservations through its web page the data of a credit card, to the holder of the reservation, to guarantee the effectiveness of the reservation.
When making the reservation you can choose in a drop-down box between paying at the hotel or paying online.
Pay at the Hotel:
HOTEL DON JUAN will not charge your card when making this reservation. The card is used only as a guarantee. Except in cases of non-refundable rates or special rates, or certain cases of cancellation or no show, whose conditions are specified in the section "non-refundable rates".
HOTEL DON JUAN reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the arrival of the client. The amount corresponding to the reservation (except in the case of non-refundable rates and special rates and others where otherwise specified), shall be paid directly at the establishment, either in cash, by credit card or by any other means accepted by the establishment.

Payment on line:
If you choose the on-line payment, a link to a payment gateway will be opened in which you will be the one to charge your card without any intervention from the establishment. In this case you will already have the payment of your reservation in advance and you will not have to pay anything at the Hotel unless you make any extra expenses during your stay. The fact of choosing this formula of reservation is not an obstacle to respect the general conditions of the reservation so that if you do not appear or if you cancel within the period provided therein (except for non-refundable rates) will be entitled to a full or partial refund of the amount paid.

General cancellation policy (not applicable to non-refundable rates or special rates):
If cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival the cancellation will be free of charge. (The date of arrival at the hotel is understood to be 23.59.59 on the day prior to the date of entry of the reservation; for example a reservation for April 12 may be cancelled up to 23.59.59 on April 9). If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, or in case of no-show, the card number provided in the reservation will be charged the amount corresponding to the first night's stay.
Cancellation policy applicable to non-refundable rates or special rates: in these rates, the total amount of the reservation will have been charged prior to arrival and there is no possibility of refund, so in case of no show, cancellation or partial modification, no refund will be made.

In case of modification or cancellation of the reservation or in case of no-show, the amount charged for the reservation will not be refunded.

Prices
The prices indicated are per room per night, taxes included.
